Piezo tweeter, which produces noises above 20 kHz, is used for certain applications. For example, by integrating it with a few other essential components, we may make a simple ultrasonic speaker.
To make the tweeter mounting, measure the mounts on the horns of the tweeters. Make a square frame with the right dimensions. To install each tweeter to its appropriate frame, use screws, and a single speaker will require 2 to 4 tweeters.
Drill holes in the back of the speaker enclosure to allow speaker binding posts. Only one tweet is required for two tweeters. Drill a hole at the back of each tweeter chamber. The binding post should then be installed within the housing.
Cut the speaker cable in half. Solder the positive and negative wires to the positive and negative terminals on the tweeter, respectively. Repeat the step for the second tweeter.
Twist the two positive wires’ exposed ends together, then insert them.
