How to choose the piezoelectric disk:
The material used in the buzzer has good conductivity and is made of easy-to-process metal elastic materials.
The metal material used to make the piezo buzzer element vibration should have a large Yangshi modulus and the linear expansion coefficient should be as close as possible to the linear expansion coefficient of piezoelectric ceramic materials such as PZT.
In the production process, the piezoelectric disk will also use titanium, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, and brass. These are more suitable. Among them, titanium is ideal, but the price is relatively expensive.
Therefore, under normal circumstances, you will choose good metal materials and the price is not expensive, brass and stainless steel.
Among these two types, because the Yangshi modulus of brass is smaller than that of stainless steel, this is why when the two piezo benders have the same size, the resonance frequency of the stainless steel vibrating plate is higher than that of the brass vibrating plate. It should be high, so it is more suitable to use stainless steel.
