An inquiry from the Netherlands, Answers we use red words, Let’s talk about the humidifier transducer knowledge today.
Humidifier transducer content
Dear Aimme, My name is Leen Hogenxxx from the Netherlands, Europe. For a project, I am investigating your ceramic microporous disk and normal ceramic disc to humidify a liquid.
Therefore I have some questions.
I am looking for a disc with the following specifications:
Ceramic Microporous disc Diameter of 20mm
Material: SUS304
The electrode on one side
Resonant Frequency: 108k, 135k, 150k, or 165 kHz (does not matter)
Atomization amount:≥300 ml/h or better if possible.
Answer: We have 20mm 112Khz, 16mm 108 kHz and 112 kHz, 13.8mm 160 kHz, and 10mm 190 KHz diameter stainless steel disc, Atomization amount: 10ml ~ 120ml.
Ceramic Mist Transducer 25mm
Product Name: 25mm 1.7MHz
ultrasonic atomizer transducer Item Code:231263574
The electrode on one side
Resonant Frequency: 1,7MHz
Atomization amount:≥300 ml/h or better if possible
Answer: Yes, the part number is PZT-25-1.7BU, can meet atomization amount:≥300 ml/h.
Can the transducer be used in an MgCl2 liquid to humidify this liquid? The liquid MgCl2 has about a PH value of 5.5.?
Answer: Yes, it can be used in a MgCI2 liquid to humidify.
Does the piezo disc require a protective coating to be used with the liquid MgCl2?
Answer: it has anti-corrosion of glass glaze coating on the surface.
Do you have an electrical simulation scheme of the transducer in terms of L (Henry, R (Ohm), and C (Farad)?
Answer: Yes, I will send it to you by email.
Can you provide the estimated costs and delivery time for 300 and 1000 units of the piezo disc?
Answer: The piezo disc 300 to 1000 unit price is USD0.80, incoterms: EXW.
Can you supply three samples of both types to test with? I can provide a UPS customer number that can be used to ship the samples at our cost.
Thank you very much and have a nice day.
Answer: sure, we can send samples to you immediately using your ups account.
