Piezoelectric ceramic sheet 25mm 1MHz, two electrodes on the one side, this specification normally used for water flow meter sensor, most of the customers are ultrasonic flowmeter manufacturers.
The piezoelectric ceramic sheet of the author introduces:
My name is Derek Lee, and I have been a marketing specialist and have been working for Norvis for more than 1 year.
These pictures were taken by me through my mobile phone today. The pictures of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet are very real. I have not processed these pictures especially.
I am not an engineer, but I am very interested in the expertise of piezoelectric ceramic products. For example, the 25mm 1MHz product taken today is usually used in ultrasonic sensors to measure water levels.
it also called a water flow meter sensor

Brief introduction of flow measurement principle of ultrasonic flowmeter:
The technology of using ultrasonic pulses to measure fluid flow has developed rapidly.
Based on different principles, various forms of ultrasonic flowmeters suitable for different occasions have appeared one after another. Their application fields involve industries and agriculture, water conservancy, hydropower, and other sectors, and they are becoming the preferred tool for flow measurement.
Measuring principle of ultrasonic flowmeter
The commonly used measurement methods for ultrasonic flowmeters are the propagation velocity difference method, Doppler method, etc. The propagation velocity difference method includes the direct time difference method, phase difference method, and frequency difference method.
The basic principle is to measure the difference between the velocities of the ultrasonic pulse downstream and upstream to reflect the flow rate of the fluid, thereby measuring the flow rate;
The basic principle of the Doppler method is to use the Doppler effect in the sound wave to measure the frequency difference between the downstream and upstream flows to reflect the flow velocity of the fluid to obtain the flow rate.
Time difference method measurement principle
The principle of the time difference method to measure fluid flow is shown in Figure 1.
It uses the characteristics of different propagation speeds due to different fluid flow directions when sound waves propagate in the fluid and measures the difference between its downstream propagation time t1 and countercurrent propagation time t2 to calculate the fluid flow speed and flow rate.
Piezoelectric ceramic sheet are one of the most important accessories.
