The piezoelectric element is composed of a piezoelectric element plate with electrodes printed on both sides and a metal sheet. Using an adhesive, glue the piezoelectric touch plate and the copper sheet together, which is what we call the buzzer sheet.
The principle of the piezo element is:
when the exchange voltage is released between the two electrodes of the piezoelectric touch plate, the mechanical equipment is deformed due to the piezoelectric effect. For the distorted piezoelectric components, the deformation is flexed and extended in the direction of the radiation source. Therefore, when the exchange current crosses the electric level, the bending will be repeated repeatedly, which will cause the sound wave frequency in the air and make a sound.
Generally speaking, the human sound field is about 20Hz to 20kHz. The sound that everyone can easily hear is 2mHz to 4kHz. Therefore, the buzzer is also divided into two types: he-excited and self-excited. The basic principle of the driver is different, but the principle is the same.
